Inclusion BC (formerly the BC Association for Community Living) launched the "on my way" project to help students with special needs and their families prepare for life after high school. Five unique, talented and enthusiastic students and their families have generously agreed to share their hopes, dreams, challenges and successes as they prepare to leave high school next year.
